Sandusky Construction is a privately owned company that has 34 years of combined experience in the construction field. Sandusky Construction is owned by brothers Scott and Matt Sandusky along with Cole Meadows as the three active owners. Sandusky Construction provides general contracting services, specializing in insurance roof claims, in North Carolina, Kentucky, Ohio and Indiana.
Sandusky Construction has experience in residential construction, commercial construction, and insurance claims processing and reconstruction. Specifically Sandusky Construction has heightened experience with insurance roofing claims. Our team of professional roofers manage all types of commercial and residential roofing projects, from asphalt roofing to metal roofs including chimney flashing repair.
Sandusky Construction works directly with the insurance company to assist in the handling of the claim’s processing, including and not limited to meeting with the adjuster onsite, and negotiating with the insurance company to ensure that the owner receives fair market compensation to cover cost of repairs to property. Sandusky Construction utilizes Xacitmate software to provide estimates of repairs to the insurance companies. The implementation of Xactimate software allows Sandusky Construction to process the claim to the insurance company in an industry accepted format.
We also have extensive experience in general contracting repairs, residential remodels and additions, commercial interior and exterior renovations, as well as all facets of mechanical, including electrical and plumbing.
